How often do you add merchants to the site?

When do I receive my rebates?

Once you have accrued at least $15 in your account, you will be paid via Paypal.


Are these discounts available for in-store purchases?

No, are discounts are only valid for purchase through www.theonlinesavingscard.com.


How do I know the stores listed with the site are secure?

There are two ways to tell if you are interacting with a secure server -- the URL in your browser window begins with https instead of http and a small lock icon appears in the bottom right of your window frame.

What if I'm not happy with what I purchased? May I return it?

Each merchant has a customer service Web page that describes the return policy. Please visit their customer service page for details. If you are not satisfied with the customer service you receive from one of our participating retailers, we really do want to know about it.


Can I have my order shipped to another address?

Purchases are delivered directly to your address of choice. Please check the individual merchant's customer service page for specific information about their shipping policies.
